Our standard deliveries are free, as long as you place a minimum order of BD10.
If your order amount is less than BD10, you will be charged an additional BD2 for delivery.
Orders have to be made six hours before the delivery time for processing.
Cash on delivery payment method only applies if the billing and delivery addresses are the same.
If you decide to cancel or postpone your order, you have to contact us four hours before the delivery time on regular days, and twenty-four hours During Valentine's day (13th to 15th February) and Mother's Day (20th to 21st March).
If the recipient refuses to accept the order, it will be brought back to our shop with neither refund nor exchange.
During Valentine's and Mother's Day, Sukoon Flowers does not guarantee specific timings for delivery, but we do guarantee that your order will be delivered on the requested date.
Delays may happen because of the following reasons:
- Heavy number of deliveries
- Closed routes caused by political eventsTraffic caused by car accidents
- Weather conditions, which make delivery impossible
- There is nobody to receive the order
All items are not subject to refund or return.
